Payment of wages to the security personnel as per Govt. Order.
Payment of wages on 8th & 10th.
Payment of Statutory (PF, ESI & Service Tax) at stipulated date.
Regular visits by field Officers and managers and inter action with clients.
Regular refresher training to security at the site.
On receiving client’s monthly feedback appropriate actions taken.
Conducting functional audit once in 3 months and remedial actions taken.
Collecting customer satisfaction reports and implementing necessary changes.
